Clifford, Sr., a New England native, is Chief Investment Officer of the Dow Investment
Group. He graduated from Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree in physics, and received an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School. Clifford started his career as a Wall Street securities analyst, and has been in the investment business ever since. For a number of years, he taught courses in business management and organization, accounting, business mathematics and statistics, financial management, and policy formulation and administration at the University of Maine.

CFP(R) and Certified Financial Planner(TM) are certification marks owned by the Certified
Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. These marks are awarded to individuals who
successfully complete the CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.

Russell Dow received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Cornell University with a concentration in mathematics.

Russell is president of Dow Investment Group, a member of the Maine State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the MSBA Trusts & Estates Section.

He is the founder of Dow Software Corporation, a developer of investment management computer software for broker/ dealers and their advisors. Dow Software's technology is used extensively by Dow Investment Group in the management of client portfolios.
